    Drew Colvin

    Drew Colvin is a Director and Partner of Texas Ranch Brokers LLC. Drew was founder of Circle C Properties, a successful real estate company specializing in ranches, land, wildlife and commercial real estate investment properties. A native Texan raised in a ranching community, Drew combines his experience in executive management with his expertise in real estate brokerage throughout Texas and Northern Mexico.

    Drew’s experience was originally built on 20 years of experience as senior management for several distinguished international insurance brokerage firms whose clientele consisted of Fortune 100 multinationals in the international oil and gas sector. Building upon this experience and lessons learned, in 2003 Drew and his wife Susan established Circle C Ranch Sales to serve a specialized and select clientele with an exceptional level of personal service, integrity, experience and professionalism.

    Mike Bacon

    Mike Bacon is a Director and Partner/Broker of Texas Ranch Brokers. LLC. Mike established Bacon Investments, Inc. in 1984, whose primary focus was Hill Country and Central Texas land. Mike has enjoyed a great relationship with clients and fellow Brokers over 32+ years.

    Mike strives to provide the highest level of service to Buyers, Sellers, and  Brokers/Agents. His clientele includes executives, investors, developers, and families looking to purchase “Legacy” ranches for generational enjoyment. Mike genuinely cares about the people he works with and values the friendships made during his career in land sales.   • Brent Brown

    Brent Brown

    Brent Brown lives in Georgetown, TX and has been a life-long resident of Williamson County. He has been in the construction business for over 30 years and owns a welding company which specializes in barn/structural fabrication, fence and gate construction including ranch entrances, and ornate handrail and stair rail construction. His family has owned ranches in Mills County, TX and Oklahoma which have beef cattle and pecan harvesting operations. In earlier years, Brent worked at McMinn Ranch with their beef cattle operations.

    Brent is an avid team roper and participates in World Series Team Roping (WSTRC) and US Team Roping circuits (USTRC). He is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA).

    Brent brings a variety of knowledge and expertise to his real estate business and enjoys helping others achieve their goals of finding farm and ranch properties for his client’s personal and business interests.

    Bob Clifton

    Bob Clifton has been a resident of the Marble Falls/Highland Lakes area for 35 years. Prior to pursuing his career in real estate, he was president of two community banks in Marble Falls.
    He has been in the real estate industry for 9 years, joining the team at Texas Ranch Brokers in late 2015, bringing with him a superb knowledge of our area real estate. His primary focus is on ranch/acreage properties but also is also practices in the commercial sector as well as residential resort, waterfront, and general single-family properties.

    Bob has always enjoyed and participated in agricultural activities and has been in the registered and commercial beef cattle business many years until recently. He was heavily committed to the FFA program in school and attained the office of State Vice President for the Texas Association.

    Greg Collins

    Greg Collins grew up in Central Texas on an large ranching operation and has lifetime experience with farm and ranch land, horses, cattle, sheep, goats, wildlife and hunting, also small grains, hay, pecan production, and brush control. Greg’s broad, extensive experience is based on 15 years as a sales consultant in the pecan equipment business covering most of the southern U.S. for Nut Hustler, Inc.; 7 years as a livestock/wildlife nutrition and range sales consultant for Moorman’s, Inc. covering central and west Texas, and 10 years procuring, adding value to, marketing and selling ranches for Creekside Rural Investments covering Texas, and parts of Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado.

    Greg has held a Texas Real Estate Sales License since 1990 and he has gained a reputation for honesty, integrity, focus, and attention to fiduciary duty,  which has helped him develop strong relationships with brokers/agents, investors, developers, and those individual elite clientele looking for specialty property.

    Susan Colvin is the Designated Broker for Texas Ranch Brokers LLC. Susan’s professional expertise is the culmination of over 35 years of success with Cameron Iron Works in international sales and corporate management, followed by ten years as an independent business consultant. She executed dynamic marketing strategies designed to meet the unique needs of the interrelated business entities and manufacturing centers to maximize competitive sales and total returns.

    Susan also had very a successful real estate career in the Horse Shoe Bay community marketing luxury real estate. She serves her clients’ needs with the same integrity, market savvy and conscientious focus that she has become known for throughout her corporate career. Co-founding Circle C Ranch Sales with her husband Drew, they had built a successful and highly specialized real estate marketing and investment firm.

  • Jake Hersman

    Jake Hersman

    Jake Hersman, DVM graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980, competing in both calf roping and steer wrestling while attending college. He has practiced as an equine veterinarian since 1982 in North Texas. He formally owned the Argyle Veterinary Clinic. In 1990 he started the Las Colinas Veterinary Clinic, an equine referral hospital in Irving Texas. From 2004 until 2017 Dr. Hersman has been the managing partner of Animal Imaging in Irving Texas. The clinic specializes in diagnostic imaging of all species including the horse. The clinic offers 3T MRI, digital radiology, scintigraphy, ultrasonography, and standing CT.

    His previous career as an equine veterinarian has allowed Dr. Hersman to better understand the desires and needs of both the horse owner and the horse regarding facility design and/or construction.

    Along with his career as an equine veterinarian and ranch owner, Dr. Hersman has owned and/or developed countless properties from ranch and horse Properties to residential properties. His previous veterinary and real estate experiences offer Dr. Hersman a unique set of skills to help the clients of Texas Ranch brokers, LLC find the properties of their dreams.

    Dr. Hersman recently joined Texas Ranch Brokers, LLC and lives in Jonestown Texas, moving to the Hill Country in 2017. He has been married to Jo Hersman for 41 years and has 2 kids, Luke 30, and Jessy 36. Scarlett J. is his only grand-daughter for now.

    Earned Real Estate license in 1998 and worked full time in real estate from 1999 to 2014.

    Partner in ownership of real estate company, Dripping Springs Realty, from 2003 until 2012.

    Manager and Wildlife biologist for a ranch near Wimberley TX from 2002 to 2015.

    Have leased ranchland and owned a cow/calf and meat goat operation from 1983 to present.

    Tammy Parker

    Tammy Parker specializes in buying and selling productive farms, hobby farms, horse and cattle ranches, hunting land, and recreational retreats, in Central and North Texas.     Josh Robertson

    A native Texan; Josh was born in Plano and raised in Austin. Growing up he hunted all over the Texas Hill Country in places such as: Burnet, Lampasas, Bertram, Llano, Liberty Hill and San Saba. He currently lives on a high fenced deer ranch that his family has managed for over a decade.

    In 2018 he graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Tx with a B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Management and currently helps run a restaurant/convenience store in Cherokee, Tx.

    Besides hunting Josh also enjoys fishing, concerts and cooking. He enjoys taking vacations to hike in more mountainous states and one day hopes to hike in Switzerland. His favorite local spots are Balcones Canyonland and Colorado Bend State Park.

    Josh specializes as a buyer’s agent, recognizing the needs clients will face and matching them to the correct property for their purposes. Whether it’s for hunting, recreation, or a new home Josh looks forward to finding you your perfect piece of Texas!

    Tricia Singleton

    Tricia Singleton grew up on a 1,000 acre six generational family ranch in Burnet county and raised her three sons by herself on the same legacy ranch. Tricia has an eye for land and lends her expertise to buying and selling ranches, farms, estates and high end luxury properties.

    Since graduating from Abilene Christian University in 1993, Tricia has been self-employed marketing, selling and locating acreage for clients all over the Texas Hill Country from Austin to Llano to Fredericksburg, all around Lampasas County, She is passionate about the outdoors from hunting and fishing and any activities outdoors. She has handled every aspect of running a working ranch, from horses to cattle to leases and management. She knows all of the rare, rural retreats and dream properties her clients hope to find.

    Jerry Stephenson

    Jerry Stephenson has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. Jerry grew up in East Texas on a small commercial cow/calf operation and owned a registered Charolais cattle operation for 22 years. After graduation from Sam Houston State University, he began a 32 year (and counting) career in the commercial Feed Business. Jerry is a Divisional Manager for Westway Feed Products, headquartered in Tomball, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana.

    Jerry has coupled his love of Farm and Ranch, and Commercial Real Estate with his career in the Feed Business to bring a wealth of knowledge to the Farm and Ranch Real Estate community. Jerry truly enjoys getting to know his customers and establishing relationships. He likes the process of putting the motivated buyer and seller together for their mutual benefit and satisfaction.

    Brad Wilcox

    Brad Wilcox lives in Burnet County on his family’s ranch where they raise cattle and sheep, quarry sandstone for commercial and residential use, and manage hunting leases. He is a lifelong outdoorsman enjoying fishing, hunting, golfing, and team roping. As a rancher and land manager, Brad has first-hand experience in knowing land including soil, water, infrastructure, exemption options, and good fencing.

    Brad spent over 20 years employed at IBM before joining his wife as a partner in Holland Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. in 2001. He is a current member of the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and the Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association. He has also supported and participated in the Blanco and Burnet County Rodeo Associations, the Houston and Austin Rodeos, Go Texan, and other organizations supporting his rural heritage.

    He is an active family man involved in Burnet County 4-H, First Baptist Church Marble Falls, Faith Academy of Marble Falls, and the Burnet County Republican Party.

  • Patrick Boykin

    Patrick Boykin

    Patrick grew up in a half Arkansas and Texas Family. His Mother, from Fort Smith, married a west Texas rancher. Patrick made it somewhat unscathed as a child during football’s Southwest Conference era and entered the Air Force right after high school. He was trained as an aircraft mechanic before getting his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics and attending pilot training in Del Rio.

    He spent 22 years traveling the world while flying numerous aircraft and performing various missions. He is a Gulf War veteran and his Air Force career culminated as an exchange pilot flying for the Navy, and served as Director of Operations for a Naval Flight Training Squadron in Corpus Christi.

    After earning his Masters in Business Administration, Patrick retired in Austin and started his own company within the security industry. The company was one of only four in the nation supporting the analysis of critical infrastructure and assets of the U.S. for Homeland Security after 9/11. He then worked for various startup companies in Austin.

    Patrick has spent many years looking for the perfect ranch for his wife’s family. After finding the perfect one, Patrick has managed the family’s ranch and cattle operation near Johnson City, Texas for the last several years and is a recent graduate of Texas A&M’s Ranch Management University. He is also a member of the Pedernales Wildlife Management Association. Patrick is intimately aware of the joys, rewards, and challenges that ranch owners face after purchasing a property.

    Patrick still flies private jets occasionally to keep his piloting skills current and spends his spare time hunting and fishing. Patrick divides his time between Austin and Hye, Texas and has been married to his lovely wife Kathryn for nearly 30 years. They are the proud parents of two children, Taylor and Chase.

    Jeff and Debbie Young

    Jeff Young studied marketing and advertising at Baylor University before fulfilling a childhood dream to work for a national outdoor magazine. He joined Los Angeles-based Petersen Publishing Company and spent the next 25 years in the Dallas area coming up through the ranks to achieve his goal as Publisher of Petersen's Hunting and Bow Hunting Magazines.

    In the ‘90s Jeff followed his entrepreneurial spirit and founded Outdoor Impact Inc. – a national advertising/marketing independent rep organization that represented title such as Sports Afield, Cowboys and Indians and the American Riflemen. During that period he also became a real estate investor – buying, renovating, renting and flipping residential and commercial properties.

    The culmination of this selling and investing experience taught him strategic planning, negotiation, setting/obtaining successful goals, the importance of continuing education in a chosen discipline, the keys to good communication and the ability to ask the right questions to identify the specific goals of the client. . For the last 12 years he has applied these skills and his 50 year passion for the out-of-doors/recreational pursuits to the profession of Farm and Ranch Real Estate marketing. Jeff has a keen eye for researching and identifying the ideal property for a given buyer. For a seller he knows how to "stage" a ranch to its utmost point of marketability. He is a member of the Realtor’s Land Inst. and the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers. Jeff is certified as a Texas Farm and Ranch Specialist. He is currently in the process of completing the Accredited Land Consultant designation.

    Debbie Young brought her extensive background of advertising/marketing and retail experience with her when she earned her real estate sales license in 2013. As a licensed assistant she rounds out the behind-the-scenes details for the Young Ranch Team.

    Jeff and Debbie, call the Young Ranch – Bosque County home which they share with their three dogs and two adopted Mustangs. For over 25 years the ranch has been a destination spot for family and friends to enjoy everything that Texas has to offer in outdoor recreation.
