Jim Lindeman brings a lifetime of ranching, wildlife management, and public service experience to his work in farm and ranch real estate. He attended Southwest Texas Junior College and Sul Ross University, combining formal education with hands-on knowledge gained through decades of land stewardship and rural operations.

Jim retired after 28 years as a Texas Game Warden, serving Lampasas County surrounding counties and developing extensive expertise in Texas land, water, wildlife, and conservation practices. His background provides landowners and buyers with a unique understanding of property management, habitat improvement, and regulatory considerations. Following his law enforcement career, Jim continued his commitment to public service as a Lampasas County Commissioner from 2014 to 2018, where he gained valuable insight into county governance, infrastructure, and land-use planning.

Deeply involved in agriculture, conservation, and community leadership, Jim is an active member of the Texas Wildlife Association, Coastal Conservation Association, Texas Quail Coalition, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, and the Texas Game Warden Association. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce and the Lampasas Economic Development Corporation. Jim currently serves as Director of the Hill Country 100 Club and has held numerous leadership roles, including President of the Donaldson Creek Wildlife Management Area, Director of the Kleberg/Kenedy Youth Livestock Show Committee, President of the Lampasas Youth Baseball Association, and Chairman of the Lampasas Spring Ho Festival.
