1,830 acres, more or less, Fisher County, TX. This is the farthest east section of what comprises the Fowler family ranches. It is located approximately three (3) miles NW of the town of Rotan, TX. The wildlife in this area includes Mule and White tail deer, along with hogs and other varmints. Of additional interest is the presence of a sizeable Aoudad population. These are seen more often around the bluffs overlooking the river, but certainly adds to the sporting opportunities of these tracts. The ranch is currently being leased for cattle grazing to a local rancher, who also looks after the place. Potable water is supplied from the city of Rotan which has been piped to the cattle water troughs throughout the ranch. This ranch is well-priced in this market.
