Crescent Ridge Ranch

The best way to describe this outstanding ranch is that it is loaded with character and variety. The ranch has frontage on two paved county roads and is 20 minutes east of Lampasas and a little over an hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Dallas/ Fort Worth, and an hour from Waco.

The varied terrain has over 140 feet of elevation change and a flat top ridge bends along the northern and western boundaries. The upper elevations have big time views and 360 degree panorama from multiple points. The lower elevations are suited for food plots, improved grasses, or native pasture. There is plenty of game cover, consisting of live oak, Spanish oak, elm, and cedar. Several ponds are scattered about and construction of a new lake is complete and should be around 5 acres when full. The lake and a spring fed pond are stocked with bass. There is a 248 acre pasture that is high fenced. The owner has been feeding protein and bucks in the 150+ class have been spotted. Additional hunting options include turkey, dove, and varmints.
