    Drew Colvin

    Drew Colvin is a Director and Partner of Texas Ranch Brokers LLC. Drew was founder of Circle C Properties, a successful real estate company specializing in ranches, land, wildlife and commercial real estate investment properties. A native Texan raised in a ranching community, Drew combines his experience in executive management with his expertise in real estate brokerage throughout Texas and Northern Mexico.

    Drew’s experience was originally built on 20 years of experience as senior management for several distinguished international insurance brokerage firms whose clientele consisted of Fortune 100 multinationals in the international oil and gas sector. Building upon this experience and lessons learned, in 2003 Drew and his wife Susan established Circle C Ranch Sales to serve a specialized and select clientele with an exceptional level of personal service, integrity, experience and professionalism.

    Mike Bacon

    Mike Bacon is a Director and Partner of Texas Ranch Brokers. LLC. Mike established Bacon Investments, Inc. in 1984, whose primary focus was Hill Country and Central Texas land. Mike has enjoyed a great relationship with clients and fellow Brokers over 32+ years.

    Mike strives to provide the highest level of service to Buyers, Sellers, and  Brokers/Agents. His clientele includes executives, investors, developers, and families looking to purchase “Legacy” ranches for generational enjoyment. Mike genuinely cares about the people he works with and values the friendships made during his career in land sales.     Susan Colvin

    Susan Colvin is the Designated Broker for Texas Ranch Brokers LLC. Susan’s professional expertise is the culmination of over 35 years of success with Cameron Iron Works in international sales and corporate management, followed by ten years as an independent business consultant. She executed dynamic marketing strategies designed to meet the unique needs of the interrelated business entities and manufacturing centers to maximize competitive sales and total returns.

    Susan also had very a successful real estate career in the Horse Shoe Bay community marketing luxury real estate. She serves her clients’ needs with the same integrity, market savvy and conscientious focus that she has become known for throughout her corporate career. Co-founding Circle C Ranch Sales with her husband Drew, they had built a successful and highly specialized real estate marketing and investment firm.

    Tricia Singleton

    Tricia Singleton grew up on a 1,500 acre six generational family ranch in Burnet County and raised her three sons on the same legacy ranch. Tricia has an eye for land and lends her expertise to buying and selling ranches, farms, estates, and high-end luxury properties.

    Since graduating from Abilene Christian University in 1993, Tricia has been self-employed marketing, selling and locating acreage for clients all over the Texas hill country from Austin to Hamilton. She is very passionate about the outdoors, has handled every aspect of running a working ranch, from horses and cattle to leases and management. She knows all of the rare, rural retreats and dream properties her clients hope to find.

    Greg Collins

    Greg Collins grew up in Central Texas on an large ranching operation and has lifetime experience with farm and ranch land, horses, cattle, sheep, goats, wildlife and hunting, also small grains, hay, pecan production, and brush control. Greg’s broad, extensive experience is based on 15 years as a sales consultant in the pecan equipment business covering most of the southern U.S. for Nut Hustler, Inc.; 7 years as a livestock/wildlife nutrition and range sales consultant for Moorman’s, Inc. covering central and west Texas, and 10 years procuring, adding value to, marketing and selling ranches for Creekside Rural Investments covering Texas, and parts of Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado.

    Greg has held a Texas Real Estate Sales License since 1990 and he has gained a reputation for honesty, integrity, focus, and attention to fiduciary duty,  which has helped him develop strong relationships with brokers/agents, investors, developers, and those individual elite clientele looking for specialty property.

    Jerry Stephenson

    Jerry Stephenson has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. Jerry grew up in East Texas on a small commercial cow/calf operation and owned a registered Charolais cattle operation for 22 years. After graduation from Sam Houston State University, he began a 32 year (and counting) career in the commercial Feed Business. Jerry is a Divisional Manager for Westway Feed Products, headquartered in Tomball, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana.

    Jerry has coupled his love of Farm and Ranch, and Commercial Real Estate with his career in the Feed Business to bring a wealth of knowledge to the Farm and Ranch Real Estate community. Jerry truly enjoys getting to know his customers and establishing relationships. He likes the process of putting the motivated buyer and seller together for their mutual benefit and satisfaction.

    Jerry and his wife Kay live in Katy, Texas which allows him access to the East and South Texas ranch community where he has developed many friendships and contacts thru the years that is truly an asset when working with buyers and sellers of ranch property.

    Manager and Wildlife biologist for the Bamberger Ranch in Johnson City TX from 1983 to 1999.

    Earned Real Estate license in 1998 and worked full time in real estate from 1999 to 2014.

    Partner in ownership of real estate company, Dripping Springs Realty, from 2003 until 2012.

    Manager and Wildlife biologist for a ranch near Wimberley TX from 2002 to 2015.

    Have leased ranchland and owned a cow/calf and meat goat operation from 1983 to present.

  • David Kercheval

    David Kercheval

    As one of eight children growing up on a Texas farm, David learned at an early age both the joys and responsibilities associated with living in rural Texas. These life experiences, including an active role in FFA while in high school, laid the foundation for a strong work ethic that has served David well throughout his professional career. After graduating from Texas A&M’s College of Agriculture and a period in the Army, David began a sales career, first with Texaco and later with Vet Kem Laboratories where he assisted farmers and ranchers in making their livestock management plans a successful reality.  He then joined the management team at Houston Community College System (HCCS). It was during this period David was first introduced to real estate. After earning his license, he taught several classes and helped others become licensed. In 1987, David created and managed the Agricultural Science program at HCCS. While earning a Masters in Agriculture from Sam Houston University and teaching a wide range of agricultural courses to hundreds of students including many absentee land owners, David began to understand the importance of being truly knowledgeable about the many variables that can affect one’s success or failure in the farm and ranch arena. David is thrilled to bring that experience to a career in agricultural real estate, an opportunity he is enjoying with the team at Texas Ranch Brokers.

  • Todd Kercheval

    Todd Kercheval

    Todd Kercheval has spent his entire life around agriculture and the rural way of life. He understands that neither the land nor livestock can flourish without proper care and attention. He also understands the value of a hard day’s work and the joy of a successful endeavor. He attended Aldine High School and was active in FFA, holding several FFA offices throughout high school.

    Upon graduation, he was hired by the Houston Police Department to oversee the care and management of the horses in their Mounted Patrol Unit while attending Houston Community College. He later transferred to Sam Houston State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Economics in 1997.

    After graduating from college, Todd was hired by the Texas Racing Commission as supervisor over the drug testing at all tracks in Texas. In December 1998, he left the Racing Commission to assume the position as Clerk for the Senate sub-committee on Agriculture, reporting to the late Senator Tom Haywood. After handling the agriculture and natural resources issues during the 1999 session of the Texas Legislature, Todd joined the Texas Farm Bureau to implement a pilot program designed to create better understanding and cooperation between rural and metropolitan counties within the state.

    In January 2003, he was asked to return to Austin and clerk the House Committee on Culture, Recreation and Tourism under Chairman Harvey Hilderbran. This committee coordinated issues related to Parks and Wildlife, The Historical Commission, Tourism and the Commission on the Arts. Todd served as Chief of Staff of this important committee for six years, coordinating critical research and serving as senior policy advisor on legislation concerning natural resources, tax reform and other critical matters facing the legislature and citizens of Texas. Todd considers it a personal privilege to have played a contributing role in impacting Agriculture and Water through effective policy development while employed at the Texas Legislature.  Todd’s next assignment was to serve as Chief of Staff for the Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee. After ten years of public service with the legislature, Todd opened and manages a Government and Public Relations consulting company and enjoys a successful farm and ranch real estate business through Texas Ranch Brokers.

    Shana Gattis

    Shana Gattis is a 1993 graduate of Texas A&M University. She and her family own & operate a ranch in Williamson County, Texas where they raise registered Beefmaster Cattle and American Quarter Horses. Her children are the 7th generation to grow up in Williamson County. Shana is actively involved with Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Texas Beef Council and the American Quarter Horse Association. She has a vast knowledge of farm & ranch land, cattle & horses and the many facets that make up rural living. She enjoyed careers in education & pharmaceuticals before settling into raising kids and growing the family businesses. She understands that honesty and integrity are critical elements to creating a successful working relationship. She brings a foundation in agriculture, knowledge of Texas real estate and experience in developing successful relationships to Texas Ranch Brokers.     Tammy Parker

    Tammy Parker specializes in buying and selling productive farms, hobby farms, horse and cattle ranches, hunting land, and recreational retreats, in Central and North Texas. Tammy spent over ten years as a staff accountant in Dallas working for Trammell Crow Residential before moving into sales —experience that gives Tammy a solid foundation to be your real estate expert.

    Brad Wilcox

    Brad Wilcox lives in Burnet County on his family’s ranch where they raise cattle and sheep, quarry sandstone for commercial and residential use, and manage hunting leases. He is a lifelong outdoorsman enjoying fishing, hunting, golfing, and team roping. As a rancher and land manager, Brad has first-hand experience in knowing land including soil, water, infrastructure, exemption options, and good fencing.

    Brad spent over 20 years employed at IBM before joining his wife as a partner in Holland Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. in 2001. He is a current member of the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and the Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association. He has also supported and participated in the Blanco and Burnet County Rodeo Associations, the Houston and Austin Rodeos, Go Texan, and other organizations supporting his rural heritage.

    He is an active family man involved in Burnet County 4-H, First Baptist Church Marble Falls, Faith Academy of Marble Falls, and the Burnet County Republican Party.

    Bob Clifton

    Bob Clifton has been a resident of the Marble Falls/Highland Lakes area for 34 years. Prior to pursuing his career in real estate, he was president of two community banks in Marble Falls.
    He has been in the real estate industry for 9 years, joining the team at Texas Ranch Brokers in late 2015, bringing with him a superb knowledge of our area real estate. His primary focus is on ranch/acreage properties but also is also practices in the commercial sector as well as residential resort, waterfront, and general single-family properties.

    Bob has always enjoyed and participated in agricultural activities and has been in the registered and commercial beef cattle business many years until recently. He was heavily committed to the FFA program in school and attained the office of State Vice President for the Texas Association.

  • Brent Brown & Rhonda Light

    Brent Brown & Rhonda Light

    Brent Brown and Rhonda Light live in Georgetown, TX very near where they both grew up. Brent has been a life-long resident of Williamson County. Rhonda moved to the area in 1978 from Houma, Louisiana and has lived in both Williamson and Travis Counties most of her life.

    Brent obtained his real estate license in 2013. He has been in the construction business for over 30 years and owns a welding company which specializes in barn/structural fabrication, fence and gate construction including ranch entrances, and ornate handrail and stair rail construction. His family owns three ranches in Mills County, TX and Oklahoma which have beef cattle and pecan harvesting operations. In earlier years, Brent worked at McMinn Ranch with their beef cattle operations.

    Rhonda obtained her real estate license in 1994 and has sold properties in Austin, Bryan-College Station and Victoria, TX. She previously worked for the General Land Office handling Texas Veterans Land Board loans. In addition, she worked as a mortgage loan officer at various banks in these areas.

    They currently have a Corriente cattle company and are raising sport cattle. Brent is an avid team roper and participates in World Series Team Roping (WSTRC) and US Team Roping circuits (USTRC). They also have four horses which are trained in team roping. They are active members of the North American Corriente Association (NACA), American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA). They own land in Williamson County which is currently used for hay production.
    Brent and Rhonda bring a variety of knowledge and expertise to their real estate business and enjoy helping others achieve their goals of finding farm and ranch properties and homes for their client’s personal and business interests.
