If you want to build a dream home there is a spot already set up with huge views as well as a spot to build an arena, horse barn and horse runs. Current owner has just built a massive new pond.

The hunting here is the best in Lampasas county and the deer are massive. Buck to doe ratio is 50/50. There are also turkey, quail, dove and ducks. This is a must see ranch close to Lampasas and Lometa. You will not find a better ranch set up like this one on the market.
